Returns & Exchanges • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date item is received. • Item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact. Measurements may vary ±1–3 cm due to manual measurement. Refund Method • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or exchange only. • Cash refunds are not provided. Shipping Fees • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. • Return shipping cost will be borne by customer, except for defective or incorrect items. International Orders • For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any customs charges. • We are unable to refund shipping fees for international orders. • All international orders are final and non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect. • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import charges. • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier handling. • Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or dye batches. • Size measurements may vary ±1–3 cm due to manual measurement.
